Wayne serves as Chief Executive Officer at the Gospel Center Rescue Mission which serves the Homeless of San Joaquin County, California with eight distinct programs serving over 1,000 men, women and children each day at its Stockton based campus. He arrived to the Gospel Center Rescue Mission in August 2016 having served Faith Farm Ministries as its Chief Operating Officer and Director of Development and Programs. Faith Farm Ministries is a three campus, free Christian nine month resident addiction regeneration program with over 400 beds.
Wayne’s background also includes serving in leadership positions at the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, Christian Broadcasting Network’s Operation Blessing International, United States Military Academy’s West Point Association of Graduates, Southeastern University, and Mountainside Management – his family’s property management business in the Hudson Valley, New York. He is a national seminar speaker with a focus on non-profit Board and senior leadership fund raising training.
Service to his country comprises a 23 year Army Active and Reserve career, which includes six years of command and leading multiple Army Engineer unit deployments to Korea and Panama. He is an Eagle Scout and a Chaplain for the Stockton Police Department.
Education is highlighted by graduation from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1983 having gained an appointment as an enlisted soldier. Wayne is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) and an Ordained Minister with the Fellowship of Ministers International.
Wayne’s, teammate, best friend and wife, Carol, serves as a volunteer for the rescue mission. They have three adult children and three grandchildren.
