Elva Garcia, Representative Payee Director
Elva manages a support staff of six Payee Service Representatives who serve over 600 SSI clients.This Department help clients that receive Social Security(SSI) benefits to manage the money they receive, by administering those funds and help them live within their budget; making sure that critical monthly expense such as, rent, utilities and medical bills are paid in a timely manner and by scheduling periodic payments to cover their monthly expenses such as, food and Personal needs Read Elva's full bio here. Tom Mitchell, DD, CRSS, CTA Annual Giving Representative
Tom started working at Gospel Center Rescue Mission on May 1st, 2017. As an Annual Giving Representative, Tom is responsible for processing over $1M of donor gifts annually. He also has several other roles but none more important than working with the Chief Executive Officer on a myriad of projects. In addition, his skills in video/audio production, photography, and information technology are often called upon.
